He has been associated with the firm since 2024. Doctor of Law, assistant at the Department of Law and Administrative Procedure at the Faculty of Law, University of Białystok.
Specialises in spatial planning and development, environmental protection, nature protection, construction law and the preparation and implementation of road investments, as well as the implementation of European funds. Experienced employee of public administration bodies, among others he held the position of Deputy Director of the Architecture Department of the Municipal Office in Białystok and the Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Member of the National Development Council - Council for Local Self-Government at the President of the Republic of Poland. He advised the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Mayor of the City of Białystok, as well as one of the largest Polish companies involved in the import and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas and coal. From 2019 to 2024, he is Chairman of the Commission for Eastern Poland, Union of Voivodeships of the Republic of Poland. He has many years of experience in representing entrepreneurs in the construction investment process and has also cooperated as an expert with renowned law firms.
In 2018-2019, member of the Advisory Team for the preparation of assumptions for the reform of the investment and construction process and planning and spatial development systems to the Minister of Development and Investment. Author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and commentaries, including Commentaries to the Act on Construction Law, the Act on Planning and Spatial Development, the Act on Disclosure of Information on the Environment and its Protection, Public Participation in Environmental Protection and Environmental Impact Assessments, the Housing Specust Law - ed. Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court Alicja Plucińska-Filipowicz and Professor Marek Wierzbowski, as well as Commentary to the Act on the Principles of Implementation of Tasks Financed from European Funds in the Financial Perspective 2021-27 edited by Professor Maciej Perkowski and Professor Rafał Poździk.
