Associated with the firm since 2019. Has been practising law since 2023. Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and postgraduate studies entitled Modern Technology Law at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
He focuses his professional interests on corporate law, and modern technology law with a particular focus on the e-commerce industry and IT contracts.
Provides day-to-day legal services to commercial law companies and local government entities. He supports the organisational, transformation and liquidation processes of business entities, also with a cross-border element. She advises on corporate disputes, both at the pre-court and court stage. She assists clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating business contracts. She has experience in register proceedings. Represents clients as a proxy at meetings and Shareholders' Assemblies of capital and partnerships. Provides assistance to non-governmental organisations in obtaining the status of a public benefit organisation.
Comprehensively prepares and reviews documentation required in the e-commerce industry. He is experienced in organising customised training courses on the implementation of EU e-commerce regulations. He prepares and gives opinions on contracts for the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
He conducts administrative and administrative court cases in the field of, among others, legalisation of residence of foreigners, acquisition of real estate by foreigners, construction law or EU subsidies.
It also provides legal services in English.
