He has been dealing with tax law since his graduation, i.e. since 1986. He has gained experience working in the Tax Chamber in Białystok, representing tax authorities before the Supreme Administrative Court and in penal and fiscal cases in the appeal instance. Since 1991, he has been a legal adviser in the Tax Control Office in Białystok. Since mid-1997 he has been providing legal assistance to taxpayers and business entities, in particular with regard to control and tax proceedings before tax authorities of the first and second instance, tax inspection authorities, as well as before administrative courts of the first and second instance in tax, land management and zoning cases.
He has been providing comprehensive legal services to corporate clients and public institutions for many years. He provides legal services to clients in the fuel, energy, construction, automotive and manufacturing industries. Nearly 30 years of professional experience and legal services for entrepreneurs have enabled him to develop and offer legal services of the highest quality.
