Data protection - service areas

We would like to inform you that as part of our activities, based on specialist knowledge confirmed by relevant certificates and several years of experience in the area of legal aspects of personal data protection, we provide services related to the requirements of personal data protection regulations resulting from the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, referred to as the RODO) i the law on personal data protection of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and sectoral regulations.

Our proposed services cover the following areas, which make up the comprehensive implementation of data protection legislation:

1. documentary and organisational audit of personal data processing (assessment of the compliance of personal data processing with personal data protection regulations and with the support of PN-ISO/IEC 27001 standard provisions), presentation of a report containing a description of the existing facts with the indication of shortcomings and recommendations as to the way of their removal or carrying out an analysis of the business context in the aspect of personal data processing in the Entity and formulating in writing and presenting conclusions from the conducted analysis;

2. development personal data protection documentation and implementation (documentation prepared on an individual basis, taking into account the needs of the Entity);

3. training of personnel involved in the processing of personal data in the Entity on personal data protection and practical aspects of the information security management system implemented in the company, together with a proposal for the implementation of an information security awareness programme in the Company/Organisation (developed on the basis of the guidelines of the Polish Standard PN-ISO/IEC 27002);

4. support service and data protection consulting or acting as Data Protection Officer.

The above service phases can be carried out together or separately, depending on the individual needs of the Subject.
